Redmond Real Salt

When you have great beef, all you need for cooking it is good salt and pepper! Keeping it simple brings out its natural flavor of our beef beautifully. Salt and pepper is all we ever use on our hamburgers and steak. Redmond Real Salt is our favorite, it is excellent salt, and the only salt we use! You can taste the difference.

This Redmond Real Salt comes fine or kosher. The fine is perfect for everyday use, available in a 10oz shaker, a mini 2oz sample-size shaker, and a bulk bag for refilling your shakers. The Kosher is a beautiful consistency, it is what you see pictured in the glass dish in these photos. Kosher salt comes only in the 10lb bag at this time. We fill a little dish with kosher salt to while we cook, and for salting meats. The bulk bags have a really nice, velcro-like seal.

Real Salt is America’s only pink salt, mined in Utah since 1958. It is mined from an area where volcanic eruptions sealed an ancient, pristine ocean beneath a layer of protective ash. Real Salt is the only brand of sea salt harvested from this ancient deposit near Redmond, Utah.

They leave it just the way God made it, unrefined. The 60+ different minerals it contains give it great subtle flavor and make it healthier too.

We feed this exact same Redmond salt to our cattle, just an animal grade version made for beef cattle.
